I haven't been able to blog in months because of my work situation. I work 55-hours/week with a 45 minute commute each way. I am literally home long enough to sleep and take a shower before going back to work. It totally sucks. I'm glad to have a job though. But I miss being able to spend time with Aaron, my best friend. I miss having days off together and exploring and having fun. We don't have that for now. I'll be so glad when he graduates and gets a job and life becomes settled and normal!
I'm SO excited that 2012 is over. It was just not a great year for us. 2013 means so many things-- moving on in life. Aaron's career taking off. My career taking off. It's going to be great!
I don't want to beat on 2012 too much though. We did have some good memories last year.
CS Lewis wrote, "There are always far, far, far better things ahead than what lies behind." I believe him.
